    Please keep the earrings indoors, in the organza pouch provided, preferably in a dark, cool place. Avoid bringing in contact with water. Wipe with a soft cotton cloth after each use, and store. 

    The earrings can be hung on a stand or hook. Otherwise they can be laid flat on any surface.

    Conditions of return

    Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer may be assessed a loss in value.

    Repairs

    Earth-Strings will gladly accept a request for repair if any product arrives to the buyer damaged. Earth-Strings will bear all shipping charges.

    Earth-Strings products also come with a one-year warranty on repairs, subject to material availability. Shipping costs for these repairs are the buyer's responsibility.

    Since each Earth-Strings piece is made of natural material and is entirely made by hand, there may be a slight variability in color and textures. These are common in handmade products and contribute to their uniqueness.
