    Please keep the necklace and earrings indoors, in the organza pouch provided, preferably in a dark, cool place. Avoid bringing in contact with water or perfume. Wipe with a soft cotton cloth after each use, and store. 

    The necklace and earrings can be hung on a stand or hook. Otherwise they can be laid flat on any surface.

    Repairs

    Earth-Strings will gladly accept a request for repair if any product arrives to the buyer damaged. Earth-Strings will bear all shipping charges.

    Earth-Strings products also come with a one-year warranty on repairs, subject to material availability. Shipping costs for these repairs are the buyer's responsibility.

    Mark of a handmade item

    Since each Earth-Strings piece is made of mostly natural material and is entirely made by hand, there may be slight variations in colors and textures. These are common in handmade products and contribute to their uniqueness.
