Repairs
Earth-Strings will gladly accept a request for repair if any product arrives to the buyer damaged. Earth-Strings will bear all shipping charges.
Earth-Strings products also come with a one-year warranty on repairs, subject to material availability. Shipping costs for these repairs are the buyer's responsibility.
Mark of a handmade itemSince each Earth-Strings piece is made of mostly natural material and is entirely made by hand, there may be slight variations in colors and textures. These are common in handmade products and contribute to their uniqueness.
